With their age related decline, their ability to keep up the house had fallen quite behind. I called Bob and he personally discussed my concerns and the level of cleaning the home needed. He actually accommodated an earlier date for me based on my circumstance and sent two of his most seasoned cleaners to the home. "While the ladies providing the cleaning service (Jessica first and Amber second) have both done a fine job worthy of the cost and a tip, it is Bob, the owner/manager who I commend most due to his ability to think outside the cleaning box and price competitively the actual services requested. Most cleaning services are stuck on room numbers with standard fees and NO ability to comprehend otherwise. Bob has good sense and can price your job to your specific needs.
